Very classy Dealership. Although it is more convenient to where I live- it's not the deciding factor in where I'll take my bike. It was the attention that was paid to me while I was at the Dealership that will make me a return customer. I stopped by on Saturday right as the Dealership was closing to to get a mileage form done. The sales manager recognized I had a gas leak on my bike and had someone come and take the bike in even though the shop was closed. First thing Monday AM I got a call letting me know when I could pick up my bike. That's service! Also, when I picked up my bike, the Dealer actually went out of her way to introduce herself and welcome me to the Dealership. Her son showed me around and discussed the various Harley models and allowed me to ask those silly type questions (being a BMW rider I've never had an appreciation or understanding of Harleys until now). The BMW side of the Dealership is still growing. The 'Service Writer' is actually from the NY Dealership and is very knowledgeable, so I expect the BMW side to grow. This is my new Dealership!

Carolyn and Bergen BMW made the process of buying a motorcycle easy. Carolyn knew the answer to every question I had, and since I had never owned a BMW motorcycle before, she also had great advice in picking the right bike for me. I also never felt like I was being pressured to buy the bike . I took my time and did my research and they were completely helpful the whole way through.

I had decided to get back into riding a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised to find that Bergen Harley had opened a new BMW showroom recently. My wife and I stopped in on more than one occasion to familiarize ourselves with the new features of the GS and GSA and our sales person, George, took all the time necessary (i.e. ALOT) to answer all of our questions. No pressure, just an absolutely fantastic experience all the way around. Jackie in motor clothes was also very helpful and fit us out perfectly. When we decided to pull the trigger (on a 30th Anniversary GSA) Barbara and Will were top notch in assisting us with insurance and financing. As soon as my wife passes Rider Ed we WILL BE BACK! Thanks to everyone!

I just am so impressed by your Deaalership! Thanks Carolyn for making my dream come true by selling me my 2010 BMW F800 GS !!! It is the perfect commuting machine. I commute from Nyack, NY to the East Village in Manhattan 6 days a week and this Bike rides like a bat out of Hell!!! It make my commute FUN!!! See the attached email I sent to Antonio after getting service on my R65 (1984) +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Antonio I cannot tell you how extremely happy I am at the the results of your teams service on my 1984 R65. Please thank them for me. The engine now starts up at the push of the button both cold and hot . I imagine this is how the machine started and ran when it rolled off the factory floor in Bavaria (a rather exciting concept for me) I have enjoyed the bike more in the last six days than in the prior six months and look forward to being able to take a ride on a 45 degree morning without draining the battery completely from cranking for 10 minutes. the tire work seems excellent too as the balance at high speed seems perfect you certainly have gained a happy customer for future service and hopefully when I can talk my wife into it, a new oilhead purchase as well. My ride is a 1982 airhead, and sometimes finding parts at a dealer can be hit-or-miss. I needed a maintenance part, and decided to drop in on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it took a few minutes to track down the part number, the part, it was in stock and available . I was also very impressed with the number of BMW motorcycles on the showroom floor, as well as the extent of the BMW riding accessories that were available. It nice to have a BMW dealership back in the Bergen County area, and the staff seems to very committed to making this BMW franchise a success.
